Development and sales of CaseTalk is highly focused on strengthening the foundation and assuring continuity for the FCO-IM method and it's supporting tools. This means that we deliver this software for free to students and teachers. Continuously research is done to improve usability and functionality to answer questions from users and to cross limiting boundaries. The HAN University in the Netherlands is the major research partner where we donate the use of CaseTalk to push research further.

This means that where CaseTalk is used commercially there is a price to pay. Paying for CaseTalk is not just purchasing a CD with some software package on it; it is actually making sure your investment in your business information model is safeguarded by more support and more research; to withstand the test of time. Also to be able to offer you the best support possible we extend our services with professional consultants form our commercial partners.

To have users benefit from this, we have several flavours for purchasing CaseTalk to model your crucial business information using FCO-IM.

1. First is the Single User License, which contains full functionality and is bound to a named user. With that you get a 30-day installation support by email.
2. The second option is the Corporate License, which grants you the right to have it used by a maximum of 10 employees in your organisation, where maintenance contracts are available which include updates and support; and last but not least: the software support guarantee that is included in this license.
3. For non-profit organisations and volunteers who wish to use CaseTalk we ask for a PR related proposal to spread the FCO-IM methodology in return for a custom made license agreement regarding the use of CaseTalk.
