Description

The memo with tabs is not always shown in the OTFT Editor. It seems to be related to custom attributes and annotations being present or not.

A loading glitch prevents windows to show the control. Having set custom attributes seems to initialize the controls differently resetting the memo, causing it to display. The loading is now forced to reset to show properly at all times.
