When many applications are running simultaneously, Windows may start swapping memory to disk, causing CaseTalk to slow down noticeably. The status bar now detects this condition and shows a warning — amber for low available RAM, red with a [Swapping!] label when active paging to disk is detected. This gives users an early signal to close other applications before performance degrades further.
