When renaming an Object-Fact Type in the Repository window (type list or inheritance tree), a rename dialog now appears instead of in-place text editing directly on the item name.

The dialog pre-fills with the current name, enforces naming rules (maximum length, duplicate detection), and shows a clear error message when a name is already in use. This also correctly handles schema-qualified names, which were previously excluded from in-place editing but are now renameable through the dialog.
