Project files located outside the project folder now display a shortcut state icon in the project tree. This makes it visible to the user that a file is linked rather than local. Additionally, if creating a Windows shortcut fails during save (e.g. on OneDrive paths or long paths), the save no longer crashes but falls back to storing the full path.
