MIM report half implemented: each term now lists its data sensitivity classification and retention period (shown only when set). Applied to both MIM output formats - the HTML report and the Markdown export. Portal display still to do.

Portal half implemented: published terms now show their data sensitivity classification and retention period (retention shown in friendly form, e.g. '7 years'). Only appears when set, so unclassified terms are unchanged. The Portal renders only the published model (metadata + internal population), not external datasets, so no data-masking is needed there.

Both the MIM report and the Portal now display each term's data sensitivity and retention. Pending recompile in the IDE.
