A user profile can be set while added or modified by a system user or manager. It can also be edited by the user in question. However the privileges can only be set by a system user.
Possible privileges are:
- None: The user profile is blocked
- User: The user has regular privileges and depend on the project and his membership
- System: The user has system privileges which rise above all projects and allows adding users and also setting this privilege to other users.
