Summary	0002099: View OTFT and Roles, even when locked
Description	Currently the OTFT and Role dialog is only opened in edit mode. When the model merge is active, the imported OTFT's can be viewed. This feature should be extended to the regular OTFT's and Roles in the model. Edit or View.
