Summary	0002413: Merging project with altered paths
Description	When project files have moved from one location to the next, without being saved by CaseTalk, will result in unexpected file access during merging. The merge does not detect the new location for the project and attempts to load the IG upon merging, while the original file reference may be invalid or not up to date.
