Summary	0002790: Upgrade configuration files
Description	CaseTalk supports backward file formats, but does not yet have a AppData folder per version. This would be helpful to test-run multiple versions of the software. For this it needs to be able to copy a previous AppData folder before it starts using them in the current run.
