Summary0003504: Upload/Download without using IGX format
Description

Uploading-to and Downloading-from requires IGX files. If the "Save IGX" features is turned off, they should both be performed in native IG file format.
Disabling the "save igx" should support binary upload/download to the server using the teams menu; speeding up the interaction.
