Summary	0004200: Pronouns and tuple references
Description	The references which can be set at the substitution level, should sometimes not just be "it" or "the apprentice" but be gender sensitive to the actual population. Allowing a tuple specific reference. With the new PopulationTuple records this could be recorded, allowing: [Person] John (He) Mary (Her) Jo (They) etc.
