Summary	0005146: Pasting expression coming from MsWord
Description	Pasting object or fact expression from MsWord will have a special double/single quote character indicating opening and closing. These should be parsed as if typed in casetalk themselves.
Additional Information	E.g. ‘Tag 1 is labeled Installation.’ Should be unquoted when being processed as if it was: 'Tag 1 is labeled Installation.' Similarly for double quote characters.
