Summary	0001126: Import/Merge does not allow skipping known otft's
Description	The marking of OTFT's automatically checks related OTFT's for merging as well. This cannot be overruled. The other way around by de-selecting also unmarks related OTFT's. And already existing OTFT's should not be merged at all.
