Summary0001139: Horizontal scrolling with mouse.
DescriptionIt would be nice if one could scroll horizontal through a diagram with SHIFT + mouse scroll wheel.

Current functions are:
- scroll wheel = scroll vertical.
- CTRL + scroll wheel = zoom.

New feature:
- SHIFT + scroll wheel = scroll horizontal.

This horizontal scroll is current functionality of other applications like PowerDesigner and MS Visio.

I tried it, and it does not work.
Not with v8.15 on DNB-virtual machine (windows 7).
Not with v8.14 on laptop (windows 10).
I'll install 8.17 and try it again.

In version 8.17 there is no horizontal scrolling with Shift+Wheel.

I tried it on my laptop as a physical machine and it does not work.

Solved, yet older versions may scroll the wheel while holding the left or right mouse button at the same time.
