Summary	0001276: Custom attributes options allow free text
Description	Custom attributes definition with type set to "options" should limit the available input when setting a value for such an attribute. However the user interface allows a free text input in addition to selecting picklist. If the picklist is populated, the manual free text entry should be disabled.
