Summary0001337: XSD elements lack proper complextype reference
DescriptionXSD elements which contain child elements always end up in having simple child elements. Even when those child elements are supposed to be of a complex type. A proper element reference needs to be implemented here to maintain proper working of constraints.

Now solved: "Name of Division" contains child elements which refer to "Division" instead of just "division_nr".
