Summary0001408: Cannot qualify lines from the expression file
DescriptionSometimes a selected line from an expression file cannot be qualified.
Steps To Reproduce1) Open an existing project
2) Open an IG from it
3) Set the options to create a new Expression File for a new IG
4) Click New Project (which should open an empty IG and EXP file)
5) Select a line
The Qualify button remains disabled.

Workaround: Close the project before opening or starting another project.
