DescriptionSometimes trying to save a readonly file, may prompt a dialog stating the license is insufficient, while the license appears to be okay.

Improved the dialog. Which should've stated what exactly is readonly, instead of thinking it's the license type.
- project is readonly
- file "nnn" is readonly
- etc..
