Summary0001628: Replace OTFT deletes too much
DescriptionReplace an OTFT will remove all connected OTE's and reduce OT's before replacing it.
This should be optional.
Additional InformationThe new interface allows local removal of an OTE, without reducing related OTE's. The Replace does a reducing of formerly connected OT's. The new interface should not use the inclusive Reduce of no longer used OT's.
