Summary0001646: Always allow lines to be rerouted
DescriptionDiagram shows OTFT's and lines connecting roles with them. These lines every now and then need to be rerouted. To do this, a button in the toolbar needs to be pressed first. This makes no sense. Why not always enable that feature, and show a mouse cursor on the line when rerouting can begin?

Mousecursor shows crosshair when applicable. The on/off button has been removed from the user interface.
