Summary0001655: Canvas does not allow drawing
DescriptionOccasionally CaseTalk starts, is loaded plugins and the error message "Canvas does not allow drawing" appears. There's no apparent scenario, yet randomly occurs every now and then.

It appears to be a timing issue in the Windows API. Hardened the code for displaying statusbar issues.
