Summary	0001667: Inserting an OTE should allow dragndrop after placement
Description	Entering a new expression allows to insert existing OTE (using Ctrl+Space) or drag and drop of an existing OTE from the repository window. Currently the dropped OTE cannot be moved using the mouse. It would be nice to be able to drag the once dropped OTE to another position.
