Summary	0001870: "Reduce" deletes expressions
Description	The deletion of fact types which contain a population elsewhere, also deleted the expressions that are associated with that fact type.
Steps To Reproduce	Week: "Week 1 in year 2000 exists." Working Hours: "In week 1 in year 2000, employee 99 worked 6 hours." This could render Week as redundant and remove the fact type, including the expression. CaseTalk attempts to create a database view to rebuild the 'week', but the expression is still gone.

BCP Software 2019-07-29 09:00 administrator ~0001497	Before reducing an OTFT move the expressions to the OTFT which is not reduced to preserve the expression.

BCP Software 2019-08-19 11:31 administrator ~0001519	FTE's do not reduce. OTE's should be used in other OTFT's and will not get lost. Only unused OTE's are being removed, this should not be an issue in verbalizations after GLR.
