Summary	0001917: A supertype requires a subtype indicating fact expression
Description	A supertype with derivable subtypes, must contain a fact expression which indicates which actual subtype the supertype instance really is. If this expression is absent, then CaseTalk must add it.
Additional Information	To detect this to be existing, all subtype names must exist in a population somewhere, where the label type is perhaps indicated as 'OTFT Name'..
