Summary	0001919: XmlSchema does not support 'char'
Description	The new datatype window registers the xml type 'string' as 'char' descendant. However CaseTalk does not pick up on it. Either the check to make it the default should be added, or the only descending type should be taken as it's default. Currently the XML Schema generator fails if nothing is done.
