Summary	0001988: Merging should consider the SyncLink before the logical names
Description	The merging currently works in logical keys such as OtftName, RoleNr, ExpCode. However since the new CaseTalk supports SyncLinks to be published and globally used, the merging should check for a match on SyncLinks before the logical names to detect renames by users.
