Summary	0002121: Performance on XML saving
Description	Performance on XML saving can be bad. These concern the export of the IG to XML, but also in professional editions saving large model files to IGx or IGGx.
Steps To Reproduce	Reported models with 1000 to 2000 OTFT's can result in a delay up to a minute.
