In 9.9 namespace versions in substitutions we're not checked within the scope of the OTFT, but on a global scope. This failed to big, since it prevents the parts to be imported which are seperate. In 9.10 the scope was limited to the OTFT in question, however the substitutions would also be checked. In the case where expressions were old and not imported, it would still validate the substitutions as well. That still lead to blocking the specific OTFT. The routines should allow or ignore older substitutions if the FTE (root expression) is not imported either. |

Old expressions no longer evaluate potential older substitutions. Also expressions are no longer noted as problematic if there's a newer expression already present with an identical synclink. |
