Summary0002513: Upgrade fileformat (or not)
DescriptionEvery newer version of CaseTalk may add new storage requirements which will require newer file formats. This can be a challenge for users of they want to try the newer version, but remain compatible with the older version.

Provide a warning for newer users, and disable automatic upgrading. Automatic upgrading the fileformat should then be supported through the Tools\Preferences dialog.
Steps To ReproduceNewer versions should always turn it off by default, until the user turns it back on again.
