Summary0002674: Recover a file does nothing
DescriptionCaseTalk does not allow an IG to be under an IG. So, while selecting an IG and recovering an previously existing different IG, nothing happens until the Project Root Node is selected. Than the IG can be restored. There's no warning or dialog of any kind. It just seems idle.
