Summary0002690: Default folder for opening projects
DescriptionThere's a minor inconsistency in ui behaviour: If a project is active the Open Project Dialog starts in the same folder. If the project get's closed the Open Project Dialog switches back to the Default Folder for New Projects. This is inconvenient. The open dialog should remain on the last opened folder.
