Summary0002750: Add System Context Menu to project files
DescriptionProject files are capable of opening the Windows Explorer for any file, it would be a nice feature to have the System Context Menu open from CaseTalk itself.

This is already possible by holding Shirt+RightClick on a file.

A regular context menu is now opened on the correct mouse position,
and an item 'Windows Context Menu' is added navigate to it more easily.
