Summary0002852: Extend Annotation for Value Constraints
DescriptionCustom Attributes are configurable for almost all information elements in CaseTalk. It however does not annotate the individual Value Constraint Values(!). Adding this to individual Value Constraints could enable code, description, meaning, translation etc.

Providing a "code" flag on the Label Type would indicate it is a code which may have a name, description, and translations. But more convenient might be to refer to an external codelist.

Additionally the "Localize Tuples" generates translation table definitions in the artifacts. This should also be provided inside CaseTalk to translate tuples AND VcValues.
