DescriptionCustom annotations defined through Custom Attributes do not show up if there's no text stored for it in the OTFT (or other element). The tabs simply do not show.

The control to show the tabbed text did not handle the initially empty text properly, and erased the defined tabs.

Workaround: is to have the [SectionName] on a seperate line, this will force the tabs to appear.
