The UI allowing the user to properly define the new OTFT accidentally hit the "RenameOTFT" function to also apply the new OTFT Name in all occurances in the repository. It did not take into account the former name being absent. Therefor it renamed all instances of "empty"-OTFT to the new OTFT Name. Affecting only the Role.OriginalOT values.
