Summary0003478: Cannot install on Windows 11 ARM
DescriptionThough Windows 11 is supporting the ARM architecture (E.g. Windows ARM on Parallels on Mac M1 CPU), the installer immediately blocks execution. Even though the Portable App distribution (zip without installer) seems to work.

Removing 32 bit requirements on some files and need to test if that works now.

Some 32bit requirements in the installer prevented it to run on Windows ARM.
Or Windows ARM required the appropriate updates before being able to run the installer.
Anyhow, it got tested and approved.
