Object/Fact Type names must be unique. When providing dictionaries, these names are not immediately checked. But before generating artifacts in a specific vocabulary, they are supposed to be unique, therefor the well-formedness rules need to be extended to validate them.
If GLR has no specific Dictionary to generate artifacts in, violations are considered a warning. However, once a specific vocabulary is chosen, violations are considered an error.
