Summary0004553: Merge from selected IG File
Description

Currently the UX only allows merging from existing projects. But when emailing/exchanging model files (*.IG) those might not contain a project, and the user may want to merge from a single standalong IG file.

The UI needs to allow to merge from a model file without having to select an existing project.

Project file selection button also allows opening IG files directly.
