Any edit on a large model (2000+) otft's may take seconds to complete.

There seems to be a 2-4 second delay in some models between pressing Ctrl+E to edit an OTFT and the dialog actually showing up. We have not been able to consistently find the cause.

Handling custom attributes before the dialog shows up seemed to be the delay. Newer builds should no longer have this delay.
