Summary0004704: Project recovery does not recover files
Description

When a project is to be recovered, it does not actually recover any backup files from the backup folder.
This came to light where the prj file was zero bytes in size, while the backup file was still existing.
The recovery failed in this case, while casetalk could've restored the file easily.

The project file save method did not contain a fallback scenario. This has now been added, so restoring to overcome corrupt project files is no longer needed.
