Summary	0004795: Merge Glossary could create SyncLinks back into source file
Description	Merging a business glossary (or Expression OTL file) with terms, but without synclinks, will create OTFTS with Synclink in casetalk. It would be helpful if CaseTalk could write back any newly generated SyncLink into the source file.
