Summary	0000602: Diagram viewer when a IGG is active fails
Description	When a IG is transformed into a IGG, the menu option "Diagram/Open in Viewer" will start the CaseTalk Viewer with an error mentioning the IGGX file is not found. And indeed this file does not seem to exist.
