DescriptionWhen a new project is started, containing a single repository and no diagram window is active, the main menu contains a Diagram item. This diagram menu can start the Viewer, which than mentions is requires a lexicalized model.
Additional InformationThe opening should be disabled in that case.

The menu now contains a new item "Add new diagram" and disables the "Open with Viewer" when appropriate.
