DescriptionBesides modeling expressions in a specific language, supporting multi-lingual capabilities to Fact Type Names, the values themselves may be in need of translations. End user applications may show certain data in a locale translation or format.

 Since translations should only be applied to values, this indicator is applicable only to Label Types. Any database implementation coming out of this should therefor create a translation table for this label type.

A common approach would be to create a duplicate table with the primary key extended with a locale indicator, and contains all columns which require translation.
