Summary0000917: Multi-lingual model support
DescriptionExpressions, OTFT's and population can be multi-lingual. Modeling two separate languages is not convenient. Organizations where more than a single language is used, a dictionary may be relevant.
Additional InformationBased upon the custom attribute setup and storage, a dictionary could be created. Translating expressionparts, otft names, and values for populations, could be defined and updated.

CaseTalk would then be able to convert the model into a different language by itself.

Therefor both IG, and all parts need a country-language-code.

The modeler generates translation tables when Label Types are marked for localization. This needs to be extended to the repository of the Modeler as well.

If the column.localizevalues is set in the table definition, it supports translation and sqlite. Need more testing for Glossary/Export/Import/Merge/etc.

OTFT and ROLE can be translated, if the MultiLocale setting is turned on in the Tools\Preferences\Advanced.
