Bommeljé Crompvoets en partners b.v. (BCP) and the Informatica Communicatie Academie of the HAN University have signed a contract to cooperate in the area of FCO-IM research and tool development. The contract is the next step in formalising co-operations and strengthening the FCO-IM foundations. (See also: Cooperation HAN and ICT-companies)
The new contract between HAN and BCP describes the use of tools in research and education in return for research involvement and results for the coming years.
BCP provides an essential tool for information modelling. BCP aims for continued development, enhancement and technical support of this modelling tool. HAN provides training and research on information modelling. HAN offers educational services, performs research and fosters application of research findings while guarding theoretical correctness.
Representatives of BCP and HAN, Marco Wobben and Deny Smeets, signed the contracts. As a first result the CaseTalk products were handed over by Marco Wobben to Guido Bakema. This CD-ROM is to be made available in every computer lab for use by students, teachers and researchers.
